How it works for diaspora buyers

Pick plots that fit your budget and target county. Save the references — you'll quote them when you reach out.
2. Reach out on WhatsApp
Tap WhatsApp on any listing. We'll respond with full title documents, neighbour details, and answer your questions across time zones.
3. Live walk-through (request)
For serious shortlists, we arrange a WhatsApp video call from the plot — you direct the camera.
4. Send a representative
A relative or friend can visit on your behalf — we coordinate the timing and walk them through the same checks.
5. Settle the deal
All payment and title transfer happens through approved channels — bank, lawyer, or your appointed representative. We don't handle money on the platform.
